Online Coaching

As someone who understands the demands and challenges of academia, I know that you are skilled in your field but might not have the resources or training to effectively communicate, manage teams, or resolve conflicts. As a result, you may struggle to manage your time and stress levels. I provide a safe and confidential space for academics (predominantly graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty) to discuss their issues and develop strategies to overcome them. My goal is to help you improve your skills and performance while maintaining your mental health and well-being.

As a solutions-based coach, I can help you strategize ways to resolve the common issues that cause stress in an academic setting, including toxic university working environments, personnel issues, communication and management challenges, and project planning. If you're looking for your exit strategy, I can help with that, too! 
 

Your safety and ability to speak freely are important to me. Our sessions will remain 100% confidential and will not be recorded unless you request a recording. Please note that coaching is not intended to act as therapy.
